A Few Details: Prior to joining Baldwin, Leanne worked with Falmouth Public schools managing accounts payable and purchasing, and with Convention Data Services for over 20 years. She received her Administrative Certification from Cape Cod Community College.

After 20 years managing finances for Convention Data Services, Leanne took a risk and started again. Anyone who leaps off of the familiar to keep growing and learning easily earns the respect of those around her! Leanne is not afraid to try new things. Whether she is tearing down a wall in her home, or organizing expenditures, her approach is to look practically at what’s directly in front of her, imagine what it could someday be – then stay focused on the tiny details to get it there. With a willingness to pitch in anywhere and share knowledge whenever she can, Leanne has a generosity of spirit that is a true gift to clients, cultures, and communities. Leanne has lived on Cape Cod since she was 5 years old — and on any given Sunday, you can still find her here, living in Falmouth and caring for her gardens.
